The harmonic reducer mainly consists of three basic components:harmonic generator,flexible wheel,and rigid wheel.In addition,there are rigid bearings(cross roller bearings)and flexible bearings (thin-walled deep groove ball bearings).The inner hole of the flexible bearing is matched with the elliptical cam ZGOTr ring,and the ZGOTr ring undergoes elastic deformation through rolling balls,which is matched with the inner diameter of the opening part of the flexible wheel.The ZGOTr circumference of the opening part of the flexible wheel is engraved with gears,which mesh with the teeth of the rigid wheel.The number of teeth of the rigid wheel is more than that of the flexible wheel.The flexible wheel and the rigid wheel mesh on the long shaft and separate on the short sleeve,The bottom of the flexible wheel is fixed at the output end,and the rigid bearing is installed at the output end of the reducer and connected to the outside world.Harmonic reducers are commonly used in industries such as robotics,machine tools,aerospace,etc.They require high precision,rigidity,and load-bearing capacity.Therefore,high machining and installation accuracy are required for various components inside harmonic reducers,as well as high requirements for bearings;The most important thing for rigid bearings is the rigidity,reliability,and rotational accuracy of the bearings. Before leaving the factory,rigid bearings will have a certain preload to ensure sufficient rigidity of the bearings;The most important thing for
flexible bearings is the maximum radial deformation of the bearing.
